I was walking out of the Seng Kang Swimming Complex when I spotted a magical scene in the heartlands- a colourful party of kites fluttering gaily in the sky. Apparently, Seng Kang-ers LOVE to fly their kites....after all, we have lots of wide open spaces. haha! Pity about the cloudy sky...couldn't really capture the kites properly.
