Learning how to pray

Ps Benny Ho came to preach at Riverlife last Sun..teaching us how to integrate theology (essentially the study of who God is) & prayer. It was a very enlightening sermon indeed...much needed message too. It was a timely reminder for me to remember God's character when I pray....that He is sovereign and in control, faithful to His promises, and that I can trust Him to rescue me. It sounds plain obvious I know....but that perspective has really changed the way I pray now.

This is the verse of the moment for me...as I sail on this ship, and wait for the fog to clear.

"We do not know what to do, but our eyes are upon you."- 2 Chronicles 20: 12
