I'm traumatised and horrified. I always knew that Foie Gras came from force-fed ducks/geese....but I had no idea that the process was SOOOOOOOO cruel to the animals.
Do yourself a favour and read how Foie Gras is produced from this article. It'll really make you think twice about eating it.

They really should just ban it totally. Like this tagline from http://www.stopforcefeeding.com says "Delicary is no excuse for animal cruelty".
